Shypit (translates as “Sizzle”) is a waterfall, located on the Pylypets River, at the bottom of Gemba Mountain (Ukrainian Carpathians, Polonyna Borzhava ridge).
The waterfall is 14 metres (46 ft) high. Mostly intense in spring, when the snow melts on the slopes of Gemba Mountain. Hydrological nature monument of local importance.
There is a ski lift 300 m from the waterfall, which serves as a reference point for the tourists.
