Daffodils Valley is a reserve, located in Kireshi boundary (flat land in the floodplain of Hustets river), Zakarpattia region, part of Carpathian Biosphere Reserve and the World Network of Biosphere Reserves of UNESCO. Area – 256.5 hectares (634 acres).
The valley is unique in its vegetation – the largest area of Narcissus angustifolius in Central Europe, not typical for lowland areas. During mass flowering (second decade of May) the valley is covered with almost continuous white carpet of blooming daffodils. Flowers are preserved from the glacial period and are considered as a relic.
